Shipping is simple...

If you live in the continental United States, shipping is FREE for any orders over $59!

All packages go out within 48 hours and can take up to 3 business days to reach you. 

Some items are available on the website and in store. These products, if ordered online, will be shipped to you. You are not able to pick these items up in store unless otherwise specified when making the order online.

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS (specified at checkout).

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated from the weight of the product and size of the box. We use a digital postal scale to assure accuracy. A shipping label is generated from our website platform and printed onto a shipping label sticker. We put this on the carefully packaged box of your items and off it goes. 

Free shipping and insurance

You will be eligible for free shipping and free insurance on your package if your order totals $59 or more. 

In order to receive free shipping on your order, you must choose the free shipping option during the checkout process.

Fee for signing

In some cases, when shopping online, our products require a small fee for signing. This fee guarantees the correct person is given the package. You or someone 21 years old or older must be present to give a signature. The fee for this is $2.50 charged by the postal office. You will see this fee on your order total if an item in your cart requires a fee for signing. You will also see this before completing your order.

Shipment Process

All times refer to EST time zone.

If you order before 3pm Monday - Friday, your order will be shipped the same day.

If your order is made before noon on Saturday, your order will be shipped the same day.

If you order on Sunday, your purchase will ship out Monday by 5pm. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We work hard to ensure your package gets to you quickly. If your package is lost in transit:

1. Please check your tracking information provided via email.

2. If tracking shows no updates for 7 or more business days, contact us through this form or call us at (330) 880-0777 and have your order number ready. 

Our solution:

If your package is delayed:

1. We will then contact the shipping provider to locate your package and submit a service request on your behalf.

2. You will then receive an email within 3 business days with detailed shipment information along with a confirmation number for your service request. 

If your package is confirmed lost:

We will offer to send a replacement package at no extra cost to you. 

If a replacement is not suitable for you, we will refund your order amount and place a 'return to sender' notification on the package.
