Broken Items
If your glass item arrived broken, we can replace your order and reship it if we have a replacement in stock. If you have ordered a one of a kind glass item and this item was unfortunately broken in shipping, upon retrieval of image proof, we will gladly credit your account in full.

Please be aware, our brick and mortar stores do not accept returns. There are no exceptions to this.
